Each Province’s list is specific to that market. Orders can only be fulfilled in market. If you see something of interest we can put you in touch with a representative in your market to update on future orders or arrivals specific to your Province.
Privately imported wines are wines selected specifically for their quality by the agency Oenophilia Connexion. You won't find them on the SAQ shelves.
To order privately imported wines, a customer must go through the agency that will act as an intermediary between the customer and the SAQ. It is important to know that the Crown Corporation is responsible for handling, delivery and collecting payment for every order.
The SAQ agrees to proceed with private stock orders , but requires the agencies to sell bottles by the case. (case of 6 or 12 bottles, as appropriate)
You will receive a confirmation from us by email or by phone. It will include the approximate date of delivery in-branch and the total price including tax.
The SAQ makes available to you a list of designated branches for private order processing. The chosen branch will contact you by phone when your order is ready to be picked up on site.
Delivery lead time to the selected branch is up to 3 weeks.
You pay your order in-branch, when picking up the order.
Please advise us of any changes in your customer information, the branch of delivery as well as the phone number. As an Agent, we will create your SAQ client account.

For Montreal customers, SAQ will keep your order free of charge for a 2-week period from the moment the order was placed. For Quebec City customers, the SAQ will keep your order free of charge for a one-month period from the moment the order was placed.
When an order was not picked up, a $9.20 per case fee will be charged by the SAQ to the customer. However if there is a valid reason preventing the customer from picking up an order in a timely manner, the customer should contact us so that we can make an arrangement with the SAQ.
Once you have been contacted by the SAQ, you must pick up and pay your order at the selected branch.
When picking up your order, you must always check if you received the products you've ordered. If there is a mistake, don't take possession of the bottles and contact us as soon as possible to avoid charges.
If one or more bottles are corked, the customer can return the goods to the branch within one year from the date of purchase, with a proof of purchase on hand. A refund will be issued to the customer by the SAQ in the form of a credit note.

In the case of non-defective bottles, no return or refund will be accepted.
